Delete Your ClubOn Account

You can request permanent deletion of your ClubOn account and personal data. Please read the steps and limits below so you know what happens.
Request deletion inside ClubOn
- Open Settings > Account > Delete account.
- Choose an optional reason and confirm the request.
- ClubOn records the request for processing. Tapping Delete account does not instantly erase every record or sign you out.
Keep access to your account and sign-in method until we confirm that processing is complete in case we need to verify the request.
If you cannot access ClubOn
Email support@sanghance.com from the email address associated with your ClubOn account.
Use the subject "ClubOn Account Deletion Request" and include the account email or alias needed to locate the account. Do not send your password, one-time password, payment details, or an identification document unless we specifically explain why verification is required and provide a safe method.
What the deletion process covers
After any necessary verification, we will delete or de-identify personal data linked to your account within the period required by applicable law and our operational deletion process. This generally includes:
- Your ClubOn profile and Firebase Authentication identity
- Private night sessions, drink logs, vibe checks, saved drinks, and settings
- Active venue presence, buddy requests, and account notification identifiers
- Profile images and other account media controlled by ClubOn
- Account-linked social records where deletion or de-identification is appropriate
Information that may remain
Limited information may remain where necessary or permitted, including:
- Messages or content already delivered to other users, with your account identity removed or restricted where appropriate
- Reports, blocks, moderation actions, security logs, deletion-request records, or evidence needed to protect users, prevent repeat abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with law
- Records subject to a legal hold or lawful request
- Residual copies in provider backups or recovery systems until their deletion cycle completes
- Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you
Other people may retain screenshots, downloads, or copies made outside ClubOn. We cannot delete data controlled by another user or an independent third party.
Important differences
- Deleting the app only removes the app and local data from that device.
- Signing out does not delete your account.
- Disconnecting Google or Apple sign-in does not delete your ClubOn account.
- Revoking location or notification permission stops future access through that permission but does not delete data already processed.
